Donation Request
Thank you for your interest in Auto Club Speedway. We support our community
in many ways and receive hundreds of requests each month. Due to a considerably
high amount of requests, please follow the procedures listed. Thank you for your
cooperation.
1. All requests for charitable donations must be made in writing and mailed
to:

2. Donations must be received six weeks prior to the event.
3. All requests must include the following information:
- Goal or mission of event
- Date, contact person, and anticipated attendance of the event
- History of the event and organization
- 501-C3 Non-Profit Status
Due to the overwhelming number of requests each year, all submissions will be
reviewed, however, every request cannot be approved. If your request is
approved, Auto Club Speedway will contact you per your contact information.
Expect processing time between 3-4 weeks upon receiving your request. Phone
calls or e-mails regarding donation requests will not be accepted.
